Welcome to the gateway page for Freedom Christian Academy school pictures. It has been our pleasure to serve this wonderful school for the last several years, and we are excited about what we have in store for you this year. It’s VERY important that you read through this entire page, because we have made many changes in how we handle orders for school pictures, and we want your ordering experience to be as pleasant as possible.
First off, we have switched hosting companies for our galleries, which has allowed us to greatly streamline our ordering process. In the past, we have had to do one bulk order for school pictures, and once we received them, process all the orders ourselves and then take them to the school for delivery. That has resulted in many delays and headaches for both you and us. Now, when you order, we will receive an immediate email and within a few days, we will process your order, send it to the printer and they will in turn send your images straight to your front door via the shipping method you choose. No more waiting and waiting for pictures to come in. Most orders should be processed and back to you within two weeks of the date you submit them. Unfortunately, this means that we will no longer be able to accept checks, cash or any kind of delayed payment, and we also can no longer offer school delivery of orders. All orders MUST be processed online, paid for in advance and shipped to the address of your choice. No exceptions.
There are a couple of advantages for you in this. First, you may order at your convenience and know that you will receive your order in a timely manner. Second, we no longer pay for our hosting by the image, so we can leave the pictures up as long as we want. However, we are offering an incentive for you to buy now — a coupon code that will give you 10% off your order that is good ONLY in the month of October (see more info below). Also, this will allow us to put past year’s photos online for resale. So watch for that soon. We’ll let you know when they go up.
Here’s how the ordering process works — click the link below to take you to Freedom’s page. Click on “School Pictures 2012” to get to the galleries and then choose your child’s gallery. You’ll then see individual images (divided into pages) on the left and an expanded view of a single image on the right. Find your child’s image by navigating on the left and then click on an individual image to make it large on the right. In the upper right-hand corner will be a button that says “Buy”. Click this and it will bring up a menu with three choices “This Photo”, “Photos in this Gallery” and “Photo Packages.”
If you choose “This photo”, a window will open that will allow you to choose different sizes or products for that single image. We offer two finishes — lustre, which is a standard photo finish, or glossy, which is a premium glossy finish. Make sure you note which finish you are choosing. Click the “+” sign beside the various sizes or products to add them to your cart.
If you choose “Photos in this gallery”, a window will open that will allow you to choose a size or a product and then choose multiple photos for that size. This is a good choice if you know you want a bunch of 5 x 7s and don’t want to flip through multiple images to order them.
If you choose “Photo Packages”, a window will open that will allow you to choose one of our special packages and then choose an image for that packages. These packages offer a substantial savings over buying the images individually.
Once you have chosen all your photos, click on “View Cart” to see what you have ordered and make any changes, including how you want the photos cropped. Click Checkout to start the checkout process and follow the on-screen instructions. The next to last screen, where you put in your credit/debit card information, is where you would enter any coupon codes that you might have. To save 10% on your order in the month of October, enter OCTOBER2012 (code is case sensative) in this area. You can use the coupon more than once but it will expire at midnight on Oct. 31, 2012.
Oh, and one more thing. The Studio P watermark that’s on the photos will NOT be on your prints.
