Eden’s Pregnancy Shoot

All womens’ beauty jumps a few notches when they are pregnant. To me, at least, there really is something about that “glow of motherhood” thing.

But there are some women… Well, let’s just say that their glow is a little bit more radiant than the rest.

I always knew that Eden was going to be one of those women for as long as I have known her. Blessed with supermodel-level good looks anyway, she has become even more stunning than usual the further along she has gotten into her pregnancy, and we have been anticipating her shoot for a while.

The time was right a couple of weeks ago. We had planned a pretty elaborate schedule — at least an hour and a half in the studio and that much or more outside. Unfortunately, though, the weather didn’t cooperate. It was blazingly hot that day with the humidity at or near 100 percent. At this stage in her pregnancy, Eden just can’t take being outside in those conditions for very long. So after a couple of hours in the studio, we all decided it was best if we called off most of the outdoor pics. We did manage to get a few, but not nearly what we were hoping for. If we can get a break from the heat soon, we might try again.

In the meantime, we were able to get some pretty good images inside. Eden had her husband David are a striking couple, as I’m sure you will agree, and we tried a lot of different poses and styles.

Below is just a small sampling. Enjoy.
